The Queens Economic Development Corporation invites you to Queens Taste 2015, the borough’s premiere networking and culinary event. At least 50 restaurants and other food/drink purveyors will provide samples to 800+ attendees, including some of the most powerful and best-connected Queens residents. The cuisine will feature everything from sweet to savory, Asian to Latin American, and crunchy to creamy.
There will be special excitement in the air this year, as we celebrate Lonely Planet’s designation of Queens as the best tourism destination in the U.S. in its annual Top 10 list. The travel media giant cited the borough’s top-notch restaurants, breweries, and bars as major reasons to visit.
Date: Tuesday, May 12, 2015
Time: 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. (ET)
Location: New York Hall of Science, 47-01 111th St., Flushing Meadows Corona Park
Proceeds will support QEDC’s ongoing efforts to attract, create, and maintain jobs in the borough through business services, neighborhood development, the Entrepreneur Space (our food-and-business incubator), and marketing attractions through the Queens Tourism Council and the It’s in Queens and Discover Queens brands. As QEDC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, proceeds are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law
