Last night Hudson Whiskey held an intimate 10yr Anniversary celebration at the Neuehouse in NYC. It was 10 years ago that Ralph Erenzo lobbied the government to break down the 70 year-old restrictions that banned craft distilling in New York State.
To mark this occasion Hudson Whiskey premiered a special film documentary that celebrates the rebirth of American craft distilling. The film examined the changing and evolving craft landscape in America as well as honoring the efforts and pioneering spirit of Hudson Whiskey. The short film which was presented by Hudson Whiskey Brand Ambassador, Han Shan, was such a joy to watch.
Gable Erenzo of Tuthilltown Spirits was on hand for the Q & A session. It was a pleasure to hear his insight on things in the distillery world. Q & A was ended the proper way indeed with the opening of Hudson Whiskey’s new 750ml bottle and having a pour!
You can join in on the celebration at Hudson Whiskey’s distillery on June 13, 2015.
