Monday night, Jose Cuervo’s Reserva de la Familia kicked off Father’s Day with an art-centric initiative with Olympic Skier/Gold Medalist Bode Miller and his father, Woody, to celebrate the unique bond between Father and Son and highlight the 10 generations of Fathers and son.
Bode created one-of-a-kind wooden case designed to house the unprecedented liquid as a personal gift for his father, which he unveiled last night at Jose Cuervo Reserva de la Familia Father’s Day Fiesta in New York City.
Bode’s inspiration came from the relationship with his father and growing up in New Hampshire. He was able to unveil and present the box to his father, Woody Miller, at a private reception held at The Viceroy on June 15, 2015.
HGTV star Carter Oosterhouse; explorer and Emmy Nominated Host of FOX’s Awesome Planet, Philippe Cousteau, grandson of famed oceanographer and explorer Jacques Cousteau; and retired NY Giant and ESPN Analyst Antonio Pierce, have also each created beautiful boxes to honor their fathers.
