2015 National Beard & Moustache Championships

Whether you wish to compete or be a spectator, this is definitely worth checking out.

The 2015 Just for Men® National Beard and Moustache Championships® Presented by Hanes X-Temp® will take place on November 7, 2015 in Brooklyn, New York.

The competition gets underway at 1 pm at the spectacular, newly refurbished Kings Theatre, located in the heart of Brooklyn.

The Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY) the official beneficiary of the event, in celebration of the department’s 150th anniversary. FDNY is the largest fire department in the United States and is universally recognized as the world’s busiest and most skilled emergency response agency.

The purpose of the Nationals is to find and honor the best facial hair in America, but beardsmen from all over the world are invited to compete.  A panel of distinguished judges will choose the best of the best in 18 categories ranging from the delicate Dali Moustache to the anything-goes Full Beard Freestyle. The competition is open to the public.
