Philly in a box! Why yes! Yes indeed! As we all know I’m a New Yorker but I love my quick getaways to Philadelphia so when I came across The Box of Philly I had to try it.
The company was started by two brothers, Peter & Steven Gold. Sending Philly gifts to their friends whom had moved away became the norm for them and they soon realized and created the solution, The Box of Philly. It’s a quick and easy way to send friends and family a slice of Philly.
When I opened my box, which was the Chocolate Edition, I really appreciated the detail. Each item was individually wrapped and it comes with a card which has the senders name on it. Something that is sure to put a smile on anyone’s face.
Now to the awesome part about The Box of Philly. It’s totally customizable. You, the sender, get to choose how many items you want in the box and select the items on their Build A Box page. Such a great idea as everyone craves or misses something different. Personally for me, a box full of Philly sweets suited me fine. 🙂 For the non sweet tooth there are items such as bottle coozies, keychains, coffee, etc.
