On February 24th Thrillist helped people get into the cognac mood.  They held Cognac Week Kickoff, an event celebrating the tasty spirit at the ever so stunning Refinery Rooftop.

Guests were treated to cognac cocktail creations made with Remy Martin by some of New York’s top mixologists and bars. There were plenty of delicious bites to go around, from pulled pork slides to truffle rossotto balls.
