Laughter is the key to a happy and healthy life and is good for the soul! Keeping New York happy is exactly what Laughter In The Park brought to you by NY Laughs & it’s founder Sue Brown aims to do.
NY Laughs is a non-profit organization that brings free comedy to the parks of NYC during the summer months. Over the weekend I checked out their 3rd show of the season, hosted by Cipha Sounds and held in Brooklyn Bridge Park this time around.
From 2pm-4pm an awesome line up of comedians such as Zainab Johnson & Jon Fisch, took New Yorkers on a journey of laughter with a beautiful NYC backdrop. By the end my cheeks were hurting from laughing so hard. A round of applause for them indeed.
Each show will have a different lineup of comedians so you can definitely come out the entire summer and get your laugh on. And by the way if your single it’s a great way to meet people. That bar/lounge thing tends to get stale. You both like the outdoors and to laugh. I’d say that’s a great start. LOL
So all in all Laughter In The Park is highly recommended this summer for people of all ages and backgrounds.
