The founder owns two restaurants in Vail, so they know a thing or two about good food! They will be serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and late night snacks daily – and this isn’t your average camp food. You can look forward to omelette stations, salad bars, wraps, BBQ, tacos and more.  And get excited for our mimosa brunch and themed dinner!
