On Monday, October 1st The House of Suntory welcomed guests to their exclusive launch party at Jack Studios in NYC. Suntory celebrates the release of Roku Gin and Haku Vodka in the U.S.

Kazuyuki Torii, Master Distiller for Haku Vodka and Roku Gin, was present to talk about the new spirits.

Roku Gin will launch in October at a suggested retail price of $27.99. Roku, which translates as “six” in Japanese, is made with six traditional Japanese botanicals that are infused, distilled and blended by the Japanese artisans of Suntory Spirits on Osaka, Japan.  The bottle is simply gorgeous! It’s hexagonal shape represents the six botanicals and is finished in a delicate embossing.

Haku Vodka will also launch in October at a suggested retail price of $27.99.  Haku is rooted in the word “Hakumai”, translated as Japanese white rice.  Haku Vodka is made from 100 percent Japanese white rice. The mill and pollish process attributes to the vodka’s mild and subtly sweet flavor.  The beautiful bottle features curved lines representing the streams glistening through nature in Japan as they run through the four seasons.
