Tune in Thanksgiving night at 7:00 p.m. in a livestream concert to celebrate and raise funds for nurse heroes everywhere!

Nurse Heroes Live will feature a powerful rendition of two classic American songs – Stand by Me and Lean on Me – proudly performed by 50 Northwell Health’s very own nurses.

There will also be live performances and celebrity appearances by Oprah, Black Eyed Peas, Andrea Bocelli, Celine Dion, Gloria Estefan, Maluma, Stevie Wonder, The Wailers, Whoopi Goldberg, Billy Crystal and many others

There is an urgency to supporting our nurses and their families. We face a rapidly accelerating shortage of nurses. Prior to COVID -19 we had a shortage of trained nurses in the United States; if nothing changes by 2022 we will have about 1 million fewer nurses than we need.
